Efficiency and assurance
Training
All security personnel will be trained with a level 1 security clearance from HAP Madagascar. This is a program of 11 modules (see Appendix 1) and will be conducted by one of the international trainers. HAP Madagascar will ensure follow-up and retraining training will be done regularly and / or according to needs.
